Why won't their customers service answer my emails? I have been trying for one week and still no answer. I have problems and need their help . Where are they?

They are vacationing on the money they cheat you out of. Been trying to get paid for months with no luck =( Good luck to you

Their own site says you'll receive a response within 1 or 2 business days, but, it's more like 1 or 2 weeks! And the answer, as you can see in many of the posts here, is meaningless maybes like this:
If false information is submitted, your account will be frozen, and you will no longer be eligible for any withdrawals.
They don't say that you DID submit "false information," just the "If."
