I have had an occasional shipping issue. I always smell the meat in situations like this and take photos of the issue, before contacting Sunbasket. They have responded to my great satisfaction every time- which has been Maybe twice.

You can print a return label from their "Home Page" then click on your name in the top right hand corner. You will see "Print Return Label" there, and the instructions.
