Not legit. The solutions people come up with are weak code, and further investigation makes me believe its seeded by hackers so weak code can be implemented.

It is a legitimate company, however, it is essentially run by users. The more people upvote your content, thereby giving you 'reputation', you get more privileges. This ends up giving essential moderator powers to people. None of these people have been vetted for competency, they have simply played the system.
I would not suggest using this website at all.
