How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at SoftMaker?

Answer:
I got a quick and accurate reply from SoftMaker Customer Support when I asked a question BEFORE buying the software. After paying for the software, SoftMaker Customer Support no longer bothers responding.

Does anyone at SoftMaker ever bother responding to problems reported to their so-called Customer Support? My issues have not received any response.

Is there any way to get SoftMaker to actually ship the "Backup CD" that they sell as an option with their software? After MONTHS still no CD yet.

When I use Soft maker and then I save the document, do I need to convert it to send the document to someone who has Microsoft office

Answer:
You can save the document in a Microsoft format --. Docx, xlsx -- whatever. Conversion is not needed.
