Hi Susan! We do not offer third-party plugins, they are created independently from us by third-party developers for our platform. As such, all third-party plugins are provided as is and it is up to third-party developers to make them compatible with our desktop software and apps.

Hello Francia, regular ticket support has a 24 hour guaranteed response time, Monday through Friday. We have checked the system and it appears the last ticket from your account was received 159 days ago. Please check if you are using your registered account to send us communication. You can also write directly to support@skadate.com and info@skadate.com if there is a problem with us receiving your mail and we will assign your account a new email to avoid delays in communication.

Hi Marc, SkaDate Master is an old version of our software that hasn't been in distribution for over three years. Nevertheless, we offer all SkaDate Master owners a new version of our software for free. Just write to support@skadate.com and request your copy. If you need our support to install and configure your new software, just activate our support service, otherwise, you can install and configure your site by yourself.
