why is Patrick Sims unable to answer my request to know what happened to my guitar that I sent almost 4 years ago?

I just filed a complaint against him with the College Station Tennessee police department. They are processing it now. I would suggest doing the same.

If you have proof of what you paid and that you sent him a guitar, you might try contacting the Sheriff's office in his county.
