It's not a scam. Mine took 7 days and I have phone service from my new phone company. I am grateful the price is very low compared to other phone unlocking sites.

Unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S10 (Austria, locked to A1) by code worked well, it took about 1 day to get the codes

It's a scam! I paid and waited over 10 days and nothing. I emailed several times and never got any response.
