Why are there so many bad reviews? Do I risk it? Are you reputable even with ALL the bad reviews. The company sounds very sketch!!

This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.

Don't waste your $. They are sketch! Porducts are worthless and you'll be out s&h charges.

Sorry, Shapermint. Your claim of "technical issues" doesn't explain why I received the same admittedly canned response to my email that was described by other reviewers. If your glitches occurred in November, you've had ample time to resolve them and stop using them as excuses. I'd like to know why my order is listed as "not fulfilled," when the item is sitting on my desk next to my computer. This little discrepancy is what is currently keeping me from starting the return process, and it's now past the middle of December.

Shapermint is a scam they have been reported though PayPal by multiple people and still even though "everythings fixed" are not responding to missing refunds.

Shapermint is a scam. Sent my items back on november 20th and their email said they received my return and processes my refund.
Its dec. 15th and no refund.
They wont answer my question asking wheres my refund.
I am telling everyone i know not to order from them, notified my bank and now posting on BBB site.

We're not what you think you are, Jana. It's just so unfortunate that we encountered 2 minor tech glitches last 2 weeks that prevented us from replying to messages right away, and updating customers with their tracking numbers. Everything's fixed now and have taken extra precautionary measures for this not to happen again.
