It will take around 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) to custom produce your order, once completed it will ship via U.S. Postal Service mail from our facility in Louisville, Kentucky, which has an average of 1-3 business days to deliver within the contiguous U. S once your order has been completed.

Answer:
Impossible. If you try to send a message after hours he will only speak to a robot and you basically don't get to complain to the robot. It will just list some possible time frames when your order will possibly show up. He will be bitterly disappointing if you use this site.
