Question:

If I order a package via DHL Express Delivery, will it be AT MY HOUSE in 2-5 days? Or is that on top of something else? I need these for a convention coming up.

Kindly be informed that, by using DHL express delivery, our regular circle lenses will arrive at your house within 2-5 business days excluding weekend and public holiday. Sometimes the delay might happen due to customs checking but please rest assured as this happens rarely. Hope this helps. I have been reading nightmare stories about contact lenses causing damage to people's eyes. Are yours safe? Have you had many people hurt themselves with your product and if yes, was it the product or user mistakes? I just ordered 6 pairs from you but before I go to wear them at work for 8 hours, I want to make sure I'm not at risk. Also, how do I tell left from right? if there's no prescription does it even matter?

Hi, Please be informed that our lenses are completely safe to use as these lenses are approved by Korean FDA. As long as you follow our wear and care guide / chose the correct prescription for your eyes, you will not face any discomfort problems. We seldom receive complaints that our lenses damage our costumers eyes, however when we receive it we go through thorough investigation. Most of the cases happened due to non hygienic handling of lenses. If you do not have prescription, you may use either of the lenses to your left and right eyes. I have a question based on the shipping information currently. i need contacts before halloween and its telling me that with regular shipping, i wont get them until after halloween with is two weeks away.. is this accurate?

Shipping varies, i have got them in a week before but around halloween it's normally two just because of volume

Question:

I ordered DHL Express 2-5 day shipping, Geo Princess Mimi Brown lens, with Diamond Lash Angel eyes set last week to be shipped to Florida. US Customs retained my package because it just said "plastic lens case" and claimed they didn't know what that meant (it was obscure) and it was deemed suspicious. I've ordered from PP for years and have never had a problem but this is my first time with express shipping. I now have been told by DHL I will either be denied my package or given it after 30-90 days. What can Pinky Paradise do for me?
