I want my pictures returned. I paid for return mail, and have received no response to repeated emails and a phonetical. My photos are irreplaceable and I am very worried about there whereabouts.

It took me calling for 9 months - We could have made a baby in that time! After demands to just return my films, they finally (after a year) returned them with the CD of their contents.

I called daily and emailed daily until they sent them back. It took about 2 weeks!

After well over a year I got them. Don't believe anything they say. I had to tell them legal action was going to happen.

They finally sent my pictures and the scans to me. But, I don't think they are able to keep track of and keep up with being contacted. Peggy Bank will remain silent until they get your photos scanned (whenever that may be). Good luck.

It took me a few months to get my tapes back. This is the person who kept in contact with me.

I treated legal action also and now after 14 months I recieved my box back. They keep telling me they had taken over business and were trying their best to catch up. Funny they were still running the groupon which makes no sense! In fact the Groupon is still up. Better business Bureau has been contacted by many so I don't understand how they can keep running this scam.
