When converting its best to leave the spotify app to do its thing, do not operate spotify on any device until the conversion is complete.

No. The purchase for the license only takes once. There is no extra payment required for NoteBurner. The license for NoteBurner is a lifetime license, which is really nice.

You can convert M4P file to MP3 with NoteBurner and keep it on your mac. Normally, you do not need extra application to play it on your Mac or phone.
