Are Nationwide Home guarantee's transferrable. We are thinking of buying a 6 month old awning product of theirs and the guarantee is due in 2021.

Good morning
If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee.
