Why is it that sometimes when I look at my data for a night, I can come back at a later date and the data for the day I checked is different?

I've had that happen a few times. Sometimes the "system" will parse data for one time frame and if you say take a nap or there is a break in the data, the second set of data will be added at another time, thus updating the information for that day. The updated data will usually be a combination of all the data for that date.

Sorry, I can't answer that. It's never happened to me. Are you talking about data that shows up on the ResMed data site?
