Hello has ANYONE EVER gotten a refund from ModLily? I can't believe I spent over $100, the items were JUNK, and they won't respond to me when I ask for the return address. They told me to sell online, or give as a gift!

This place is such a scam. Try to dispute through your payment method. They will rip you off. They sent me a jacket that didn't even have the hood piece sewn on all the way. Told me the samething, give it as a gift. Give them bad reviews where ever you can. That's what I've been doing to try and help others from losing their money too.

Wow, this is terrible business and I share some of your same experiences with rosewe. I did not obtain a refund from them like your self. I got my bank involved when I did not receive my shipment on time and all of a sudden I heard from them letting me know when the shipment would arrive, then and only then did I get a straight answer on that. Shipment came on time one piece was usable the other piece was just a complete mess and till this day they never responded to my bank concerning my request. I believe that modlily, rosewe, nasty dress, and there are some others in conjunction with one another. I currently don't know anyone that has received their refund back from any of the sites that have been unsatisfied with their purchase and that goes for those who never even received their shipment. Save everything that you have received from them, just in case a class action lawsuit comes up.

I finally received my refund, repot them to Better Business Bureau. I told them i was going to report them and they gave me a gull refund! Never again will i order for them.

I did get a refund from them, but only because I didn't follow their suggested return procedure and my return was tracked. I produced a copy of the tracking receipt which included weight of the product shipped ( they could tell there were multiple items) and once they saw proof along with my threat to sue and that I had filed a complaint with the Attorney General in my state... I got a refund the next day... of course this was 61 days after I requested a refund and had tried multiple times to get one. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible company!

My items took weeks to arrive and fit poorly. The dress pocket has a hole in it. I did a ticket and they offered me a 50% refund or I would have to pay the shipping back for a full refund. I submitted another ticket asking what the refund was vs the shipping and they have not gotten back to me. I called my credit card company to dispute this problem. Will not order from them again!
