Answer:
Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks

Answer:
You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive.
It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
