I'm trying to contact MiniInTheBox. I read the reviews. They say to submit a ticket and they give a link. It takes you to My Tickets but it doesn't look I can submit a ticket. How do I do that? Thanks, A

And then after first time u send tickets and it still is not corrected there is no more tickets to send. It is a sham

If no one responded, you have to start the ticket from your "my orders" list.
