In other words no. It is NOT free for employers? They charge both employers and crew but guarantee nothing to the person's looking for work.

To clarify, it is free to post a standard job with us. Any employer is able to upgrade their job if they wish for it to have higher visibility on our boards, but this is not mandatory.
Unfortunately, as we are not an agency, nor do we make hiring decisions on the behalf of employers, we cannot guarantee the success of every application.
