Hi, I placed my order on March 7, 2017 and I have not received any information on shipment information. My function is on March 24, 2017 and I am worried. I don't want it to be a scam. I tried calling but their message states, "unfortunatedly we do not accept voicemail messages." I e-mailed them and called them, so far no response. So, when do I speak to a live person? I want my order completed and at my house as their sites states three day delivery.

It's not a scam, did you receive your order finally. I've never had it take more than 14 days. Usually much less. I think they have to warehouses now, my orders are much quicker recently.
