I read one review from someone who got charged but never received the merchandise. Had anyone else has that experience? It may be happening to me.

Absolutely happened to me - I think all these other reviews are fake - from China or something... took my money - no tests - no tracking number - just kept closing out my cust servce requests without doing anything - and kept sending me survey requests that don't let you fill out a survey unless you confirm receipt first... its a scam
