You can cancel the subscription in PayPal but to delete the account the admin has to do so. As soon as you cancel you will probably no longer have access to the site even though you've prepaid until the end of the billing cycle.:-/

Good luck OP, they almost never respond and make it impossible to cancel subscriptions. I just blocked their asses on PayPal AND my bank, good luck getting my money ever again, thieves;) Also had to call for legal action for refunds I requested a year ago.

Hey, Sara: I wrote a review & asked (within 24 hours -- in fact, within a few MOMENTS of re-joining) for a refund, but when I made my request, suddenly stopped receiving any communication. I think I would feel a great deal less negative about the company (and would never have taken the time to leave a negative review if anyone had initiated any contact with me or tried to help me in any way. I think it is awesome that you are offering help to Antony, but why wouldn't you want to help everyone who had spent money with you?
