How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Hubble Contacts?

Really difficult. Be ready for the worst customer service you will have ever experienced

Well they are currently working from home so when I asked for a supervisor I had to wait for a call back from that supervisor then when I asked for the supervisors supervisor I again had to wait for that call as well and still have not received any help
