How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at HomeLight?

Super easy and fast turnaround. I did not experience any delays.

I initially filled out the form online and received a call from them about an hour or two later. From there it was easy!

Not easy. I have used their service and tried e-mailing 3-4 times and it is radio silence from them. I think they get your info to pass on to agents, so they can say they "referred" you to get their kickback and then forget you.

Very easy and very prompt l was contacted by agents about an hour maybe less with three agents that l interviewed right over the phone and then was sent emails introducing themselves and what they were going to do to sell my house, l chose the second agent that called! My house sold within two weeks.

They called me right away to ask me what exactly we were looking for in a realtor then Josh has continued to follow up via phone and email about the process and our realtor. So I would say they're incredibly easy to get a hold of
