I have a FFL license in the state of Georgia. Can my shipment be mailed directly to me, or do I have to use a gun shop. My license is current and valid through 2021.

The BATFE only issues FFL's for 3 years so how can your license be valid until 2021? Are you referring to a concealed carry license issued by your state of residence?
An FFL can not direct ship a firearm to someone with a concealed carry license, only to an FFL, which it doesn't sound like you have unless you misquoted the expiration date.
