Answer:
Personally I would not scan and sign the agreement. If you read the small print of the full terms and conditions they are covered to not give you a refund for any reason. When I got my tickets they were worth a third of what I had paid and they cover themselves for this. I still would have gone, but the date changed and I couldn't go. Even though I cancelled before delivery, they gave me a short response that there would be no refund and no option to re-invest into another ticket. At the least they could have offered for me to lose the true value marked on the tickets and have the balance towards others. They were not interested in helping me in any way by e-mail and of course they know that having a phone number in Spain or America would mean that it would be very difficult for me to communicate with them by phone. My advice is cancel your credit card order, based on the fact that they are a fraudulent company (London Police have been trying to get them for years I have since read) and face the disappointment of not going to the game. Get your tickets through the actual football club. I paid by debit card at Christmas and due to card type and time elapsed could not get anything back! Good Luck!
