Re your "Delicious Gluten-Free Bread Recipe" First recipe is for a bread machine (which at this time I do not have). A few pages on I found your notes for standard recipe. My first try wasn't too good. Went back and tried recipe with a moderate kneading before letting dough rise. This time it was GOOD. Your gluten-free site is wonderful. Thanks. Sjb
