They will respond but they don't care about you. They will fully gaslight you.

They will have a bot interact with you via email within 48 hours. You will not receive a return address for shipping.

Very difficult. They have a gmail address that takes multiple days to get a response. Their site has a chat function but is not live. Response from that is the same gmail response as email.

Not easy, replies if any can be up to 72 hrs, and sometimes no reply.
