Answer:
No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.

I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.

No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
