Not easy at all you call they say some one will get back to you. Never happen then I kept calling they tell me they fighting with the manufacture for parts for atv that worked twice

No. Call the number and they don't answer. Use their email and it takes a week for anyone to get back to you and then they give you the run around.

Impossible. In 2019 you could talk with a representative but the runaround was awful. Now you send email after email without any satisfaction. The company charged me $537 for a quad and instead of working to get me a replacement they returned it, refunded $92 and closed the account. I wanted a refund or exchange based on the 60 day money back guarantee.

This Company is CROOKED! They send you damaged products and NEVER follow through! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money and RUN!

Sure you can get someone on the phone... will they hang up on you? YES. Will they assist you in resolving issues? NO. Just DONT buy here... as others have stated they are a crooked company. It's just pitiful that this is how an AMERICAN based company treats customers. If ever you take advice from a review let this be the one. Spend your money elsewhere... Jay the "owner" and the entire company is TRASH after they have your money secured. RUN RUN RUN! Didn't receive what I paid for.
