Why is there never an answer when I call the direct line? I have questions about placing an order from a sample I received.

Our business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday Central Standard Time. Mondays we are very busy so it is hard to get through but if you will leave a message we will get back with you. You can also send us an email to customerservice@fabricguru.com
