How do I speak to someone that has some power about a customer service problem?

Demand to speak to a Supervisor though you better have time because it will take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Once the Supervisor does nothing or little to nothing to resolve your concern, ask to speak to a manager. Get ready to really wait. DO NOT ACCEPT THE "WE'LL HAVE A MANAGER CALL YOU WITHIN 24 to 48 HOURS"

When you figure out you don't matter, sit down and right a review!
