Hi, I signed also for the free account, and stupid me, I gave my credit card information. Now they don't let me cancel. Could somebody tell me how they label the invoice, when debit your CC - what is the name of the company they use to take the money? (so I can contact my bank) Would be very helpful thanks, what a scam! Thanks

On mine I did an account search for EFAX and it came up. I'm so sorry you're having the same issue. I ended up having to completely cancel my card and get a new one. Hopefully it's easier for you. Good luck.
