why so many bad reviews...why people cant get refunds? why aren't the cars available when people go to pick up? why bad customer service?

Theft Company (Economy Booking) ever because they will steal your money and they don't respect the customer.

4 months since they charged my CC TWICE for the same reservation and I am still waiting for my refund with e-mails for proof from them stating that the refund was coming. I have rented cars for years from other sites but this is the worse treatment of a consumer I have ever had to endure.
