Yes, they do. See my posting with picture of Dream Marriage Advertisement for Models with photos/profiles. They earn 10% of correspondence and 40% on gifts (which are highly overpriced). They do not get paid for the chats and video chats (which are the most expensive), as I believe this would make it too obvious.

Look, if these woman aren't getting paid for this I would be shocked. Think about this one thing. Where do they get the time to do this chatting and messaging and work at their job at the same time. When do they sleep? Lol. Think about it!
