How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CustomWheelOffset?

Not very easy and when you finally get through, is like no one knows wtf they're doing. It's sad and pathetic.

The hold is about an hour to 2 hours wait time and e-mail your dealing with unknowlegable clueless people
