I ordered this for a Christmas present in October, and received mid-November, about 3 weeks ahead of when they estimated. Loved that it came quicker, but I understood if it took the full time because it was custom made. If you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place to get something quality and custom.

I've bougth two jerseys from this company and both have been of great quality and arrived pretty much when they said it would. They give you an approximate delivery date and I think that a few days more to that approximation is forgivable. As for their customer service I can't really comment, I haven't contacted them after the purchase and the jersey size confirmation e-mail that they send you.
