How long will my package be in "Pre-Shipment"? I paid extra for faster shipping, and was wondering why my package hasn't been shipped after two days.

I ordered a day after you, no results other than "pre-shipment"

I'm going to call my bank and state this is fraud unless they respond to my question within the day.
