How do you track your delivery it gives me a link to shop/shopitfy to track is this user error?

Good Morning Emily
Thank you for contacting us, I think I can your order in our systems but I don't have your order number or full name to confirm, it looks as though you placed your order on the 3rd December and have selected 2 pre-order designs which were advertised with a 2-4 week production time.
Assuming I am looking at the correct details we have finished making your corsets and have shipped your parcel now but I am yet to upload your tracking details to your order (which I will do later on today)
