You can get a hold of them but it's a moot point given the service they provide

Long hold times over pre covid wait times. Customer service are robots they have to look for answers in a script. No training.

Their support appears to be technically illiterate, the many instances I need tech support their people where unable to fix the most challenging problems.

Tech support sucks. Can you take out your battery and reinstall it? Well, yeah but then I have to call back!
The battery has nothing to do with the garbled talking.
Can you read the model number inside the phone? No, because I'm trying to get help from you Sir. If I pull apart the phone then I have to call back again!
