It is A SCAM, no doubt. There's no refund policy! There's no service! There is NO VALUE! There's no return policy! There's no Customer Service! There's just them, your money, and then nothing! That's it! I don't know how many ways to say that!

Their videos were helpful, and the prices (before shipping) seemed in line with other sites. The shipping is killer though...$10.95 for USPS first class.
