I would recommend to avoid Bumble! It's run by a pack of crooks who make money on quilting gullible people into paid subscriptions. They let in as many fakes and scammers as possible because this is how they make huge profit. They don't care about the integrity and legitimacy of their site. There are better options: http://J4Love.net was helpful to me. I met my girlfriend there. They mostly have genuine women.

You can do whatever you want but I think it's inappropriate as far as a review of this company. The company has no control over the people who are using it to date and just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean that anybody really is interested in it. You're most likely an adult and you need to handle your issues on your own. However, if the person you dated poses a danger to you or others than obviously you want to go to the police and report this to Bumble. However, other than issues with the company specifically I don't think that sitejabber is a place to air your dirty laundry. There are sites dedicated to romance scams which you can paste your experience to.
