They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Scam! They screwed me out of 3k on shades that don't even work!

Legit company, that has gotten too big and has lost touch with customer service.

Legit, but as stated above the CSRs sound uninterested or worse don't like actually answering the phone. Also forget about a manager as it appears they are either in the same category as the CSRs or don't exist at all!
They started out much better, prior to COVID-19 now they feel like "who cares if we lose customers we'll always get more!"

Blinds.com is Legit, they are owned by Home Depot
