Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!

Bed Bath & Beyond are FRAUDS! The Overstock Company bought Bed Bath & Beyond's name to lure victims. I assumed I was buying a $400 vanity from the REAL Bed Bath & Beyond, but I was fooled! They said 2 day free shipping, but 2 weeks later I found out that they NEVER had my vanity in the 1st place. These frauds are posting pictures for items they DONT EVEN HAVE! I knew something was up when tracking information was short & sweet. It only said "Out for delivery", then the next day it said "Running late". It's also very difficult to get ahold of anyone (that was another red flag). When I finally got ahold of someone she said "O sorry, we never had the vanity in stock, but you can wait until we do get 1. Should only take 1-2 months + shipping time". I have never in my life been so pissed! They BETTER Give me my $ back too! PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE FRAUDS! Bed Bath & Beyond (or should I say Overstock) is scammers!

Definitely a SCAM. They charged me for a wedding registry gift, sent me emails that it was shipped and delivered. Two years later admitted it was never shipped and apologized for the "inconvenience" but insisted that my credit card was never charged. True, but misleading. I paid with PayPal. I'm convinced this is feature for them, not a bug. They don't send a number of items. A few people never notice especially with gifts. They pocket millions. Looking into class action suit.

FRAUD. They steal your money, refuse to refund it, and block all communications. They are a company about to go out of business, but before they do, their CEO needs to be put in jail for interstate commerce FRAUD.

SCAM they will charge $30 for a yearly membership and will cancel it within few days without cause
