Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.

I ordered a lot of goods from Banggood for almost 2 years now. The quality of the products are good regarding the price. Okay, it's not the highest quality available, but regarding the price I will not complain. They send quickly the products and when It take time to arrive it's often due to the custom. There customer service is nice and efficient. I'm from France, I'm not paid by Banggood, I'm just a happy customer of Banggood.

Exclamation of man of unlucky person!? Hello from Communist Country. Am afraid I to ask, what did you do without China, where greater part of all commodities is produced? Normal store, if the problem occurred, the support helps to solve the problem. Best Regards

I have dealt with numerous Chinese retailers and can honestly say BG are the best (of a bad bunch). Most of the stuff I have had from them have been really good and cheap but some things have been ridiculously overstated eg
Batteries advertised as 6000mAh being in fact 1150mAh
A flashlight rated at 1800 lumens but unable to test output because it caught fire
A bicycle headlight rated at 5000 lumens but actual no more than 800 lumens
The same goods are sold with the same descriptions on other chinese sites so it is obviously the manufacturers who are making these figures up.
"If it looks too good to be true it probably is" is a phrase to keep in mind when shopping these days more than ever.
I have had varying degrees of success with BG customer services, they are much better now than they were two years ago. They are very polite but firm and drive a hard bargain.
Finally, I have to agree with all posts that suggest shouting and swearing will get you nowhere, not with anybody, anywhere! Remember you are dealing with fellow human beings on the same planet. Just because they are in china or anywhere else they are not aliens and they are not our enemies. Don't treat them like that and they may reciprocate.

Talking like that is not going to cultivate any sympathy. I would shred your order manifest & be done with it. Its the few livestock molesters like you who make Americans look bad to the rest of the world. Next time you want to be a patriot, do the rest of us a favour & sit down & shut up. It would do you good to keep the feces from falling out of your mouth.

I can't address your experiences with Banggood, only my own. So far I have had excellent service from purchases I have made from Banggood. When I have had a problem they put it right. Banggood is not a manufacturer but a marketer of other companies goods.

Banggod ripped me off as well. I ordered and paid for sort pants. They sent me the wrong sized shorts and one of them was defective. They refused to exchange them. Will never do business with them again.

People always want a bargain and will always be ripped off

I'm with the author, unfortunately, I bought some items from them because they seemed cheap, but it was absolute crap, just like their service. Don't believe any of the posative remarks, they're written by Banggood staff. You'll notice it's always the same people praising them. I can understand the dissatisfied customers, but why are the happy ones commentating on most questions, have they nothing better to do?

Dean you got them spot on I would recommend anyone to never even think of dealing with this trash company after all the hastle I had getting my cash back for goods not received I don't believe they were ever sent in the first place STAY WELL CLEAR OF BANGGOOD!
