Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on.
