Why are all of these reviews from 2011 and a few from 2012 did the business get much worst or stop doing business and turn into a total scam?

I have read reviews of azcigs.com and have heard many complain they are being charged by this company 2000cigs.com. Why is it every review on here is within a few days of each other and its the only site the reviewers have reviewed. Looks like fake reviews to me. Would like to see someone review this site with the "Trusted" icon by their name
