I went through the purchase process fully, which required unchecking several boxing trying to add charges to the sale.
After completing the sale with PayPal, I received an email stating the item was not available and I could only use my refund money through my "wallet" on the site. The wallet money could only be used for purchases of a lower amount than what is in the wallet. There is no mention of limited stock, there is no alternative refund options. The item remains "available" on the store page. I have reported the site to the U.S. FTC for fraud.
They could not deliver the key i ordered but they kept my money and put it on their internal system account instead of refunding it right away to the original payment method. This is shady in itself. The customer service tells different estimates about when a refund will happen. I am wondering if it will happen.
Key worked for a couple days, then revoked by developer as it was a beta key (said so after activation) and developers didnt get anything out of it. STAY AWAY

K4G is an absolute scam. I paid for an account, only for the seller to steal it back later. When I reported it, K4G first pretended to "care," but in the end, they did nothing. They always side with the seller, never the buyer. It's clear they don't protect their customers at all. They act like a marketplace but provide zero real security. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Their so-called "support" is useless — they don't investigate properly, they just parrot whatever the seller says. I could literally teach them the basics of how to run a fair marketplace, because clearly they have no clue. Save yourself the frustration: do not buy from K4G. They're scammers hiding behind fake promises of "caring about customers." I will never buy from them again.

After issue with resale key i strongly disadvice shopping on this site. After 4 months, despite the lowest price as a reseller, and numerous purchases of other keys (as evidenced by the comments under the product), according to support, my key still hasn't been resold. SCAM!

The product was for micrsoft office 365 family 1 year only for Europe. Was not for global Key. But the website didnt clearly to show this. After I purchased the product and chat with online chatter, He showed me the detail.

I bought a key-code for my Xbox gamepass renewal and it never worked. Cost $11 and this was a week ago. I've been trying to get a refund from support since the day of my purchase, they've ran me through so many loops. I sent them every single screenshot they asked for and every kind of proof to show that their key does not work. I usually go through cdkeys. Com but that day I felt like saving $3. Huge mistake. K4G support is still dragging their feet on my refund, claiming the supplier is still verifying the purchase. It doesn't take a a week to verify a key code doesn't work. STAY AWAY. Once they have your money they will hold it hostage. They don't care if they're in the wrong.

They refunded me the order because I didn't answer in 3 days to their automatic message, even if I completed the profile as it was specified. I tried to get the keys but they only refunded me and that was it, no other help provided to get the keys at that special price.

The website is just scam. They sell used keys. They offer buying ACCOUNT method and password resets but it's simply fraud.

Absolutely unprofessional handling and customer support. Long wait for delivery, can't request a refund after making a purchase. The only way to get a refund from what the "'BOT'" said is to wait 92 Hours and if you wont get the game you will get the refund. In short first and last time using their service. I advise you pay extra 10-30 bucks and save your headache, and enjoy the game immediately and not wait 4 days with customer support who doesn't know what is the status of where you order is standing in a sense of delivery time.

Bought Avast cleaner from them and it says it was for 1 year but it wasn't the key expired in 1 month and was shared key with 112 other people. Contacted them and asked to send 2 pictures just wasting time. It's scam website and don't buy them from them.

Instead of NBA 2k24 steam account details as advertised on their page they gave me link to external website which says - There was an issue with your code activation. After contacting them they said - "I'm sad to see there appears to be an issue with the key. However, please note that since you haven't bought the Purchase Protection, it means you've taken full responsibility for any potential defects the key may have. We shouldn't be able to assist you with it" So sold something which can not be used at all, basically stating they can sell defect items as long as they want. After I stated that I will open a chargeback they said - "We will put on a resale the product you have bought and have not used. Once the key is bought by another Customer, who does not report any issues with it, we will be able to offer you a refund only in K4G Balance amounted to the value of the product. The entire process should take up to a few days." How user will not report an issue when it can not be redeemed on that external website? Hahaha. I am going legal against this. People should unite and open collective actions before law for those kind of companies.
Went to purchase some items coming out to $120+… of course they took the money shortly after get a email "purchase on hold" they require you create an account fill out your personal information such as phone number, email, address and first and last name… which you already provided when checking out… once you fill out this information that they say once it's filled out they will send the keys…. NOPE… another email asking you to send… you guessed it more personal information… now they want a picture of passport. ID "drivers license", credit card, student ID or utility bills with K4G and the current date… dear god I'm buying game keys not applying for a car loan… luckily I stopped before providing my ID… now I just have to wait and hope I get my money back… of course if not I'll just file dispute with bank and report to FTC. JUST AVOID THIS SITE!
Total Scam. Just do not do it. They subscribe you without consent to a subscript ion service, and the keys are not legitimate and they have to supply you with heaps of them until one works. Dodgy as. Then will not refund the automatic payment you never agreed to in the first place and you have to cancel it. Legitimately never using again nor do I recommend. They can respond whatever BS they like, at no time was it clearly stated I was being put on or agreeing to a paid subscription service. SCAM AVOID SCAM AVOID.
Tried twice to order a CD key from them and both transactions were declined. I contacted my bank (USAA Federal Savings Bank) to figure out why the transactions were declined. They informed me that they refuse to conduct business with that merchant. If a bank as large as USAA refuses business with them, that should tell you everything you need to know.
I had an issue with one of my codes not working and I was scared, because I didn't pay for the protection service, but despite that, I could make a deal with the support and I've been refunded. Thanks Again!
Never had any problems with this shop. Got several games and no issues! Looking forward to the next one.
