My box is obselete after 3 years and don't match with the new upgrade so i have to buy a new box. Instead i ask a refund the same day they took my e-transfer and they tell me no. I don't recommand to anybody...à lot of lag and reboot.

C est facile de se cacher et de dire n importe quand un client attend sa commande depuis 1 mois. Je ne dois pas etre le seul a s' etre fait prendre puisqu il ont pris le temps d'ecrire un message circulaire bidon supposant des problèmes courriers. Le seul message de leurs part sans fautes.

Stay Away

Tried to get support to set up and nothing was going the way it was supposed to. Support staff then called me a stupid fu** along with other things for not being able to set it up, real class. I went elsewhere and had it set up in minutes. Avoid these guys.

Was with them for 3 years...just bought a new box with a new 14 month subsription because the old box was not working well. The new more expensive box is not working well. After 3 emails to fix the issue no answer. The new subsription show expired continuously. Hard to reach them for a chat...seems they avoid me...no telephone number to reach them. Please avoid the enterprise. Fast to tke your money, not fast to help you.

Service médiocre

Après avoir acheter le Z10 pro auprès de IPTV solution.ca pour 225 $ et paye un abonnement de 07 mois de 125 $, j'ai contacté comme convenus l'agent sur le chat pour activation, son service était très lent j'ai du attendre pour 1 h, je lui ai fait la remarque, et figurer vous quoi? Il m'a insulté et bloque sur le chat et a refusé d'activer mon abonnement sur le box, après ca il m'a envoyé plusieurs email, avec d'autres insultes en affirmant que je vais rester bloquer et que je ne savais pas à qui j'ai à faire? Frustrer j'ai décide de porter plainte. Conseille faite jamais affaire avec cette boutique.

I would avoid this business at all costs. They shipped a box which wasn't delivered (did they actually deliver? Impossible to verify) and have ignore every attempt to reach out to find a solution. This company has 0 customer support and essentialy stole money from me with no recourse. I would recomment that everyone stay away from Diablo Pro Elite

Beware of fraud

I made a first subscription for one month. It went very well. By renewing for six months ($125) by interac, the money was received by Iptv solution and the system no longer works. I sent 5 messages to be able to access the system and I received no response from Iptv solution. I filed a complaint with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Au début j'étais enchanté par la courtoisie du service à la clientèle (chat online), mais une fois mon paiement encaissé, j'ai vraiment eu de mauvaise relation avec le staff (chat). Que ce soit Loreley ou Kayla.

De plus, après avoir exprimé mon insatisfaction, ils ont annulé mon forfait avant sa date d'expiration sans remboursement, j'ai pourtant payé tout l'abonnement d'avance. Ma seule consolation, j'avais fait activé un abonnement un mois seulement afin de m'assurer de la qualité de leur service à la clientèle. Ce ne sont que des revendeurs et il n'ont rien à voir avec l'excellente qualité de Diablo Pro.

Je vous recommande donc de ne pas faire affaire avec eux. Il y a des dizaines et dizaines de revendeurs, faite un bon choix.

I have been using IPTV Solution for more than 6 months now. Awesome programming choices. We get everything my girlfriend and I wanna watch. The prices are good and at times they run specials where you can add extra time for discounted prices!

J'ai recu ma box diablo enregistreur Diablo en 2 jours apres ma commande sur leur site www.iptvsolution.ca, livraison tres rapide.

Le branchement fut tres rapide en moins de 3 mins. La qualite d'image et de leur produit service est de loin superieur a ce qu'on retrouve ailleurs.

Je vais renouveller mon abonnement pour 14 mois et ils m'ont meme ajouter 2 mois gratuit pour avoir referer ma soeur. Super produit en general!
